How many types of anxiety have been diagnosed in anxious patients?

Anxiety is often a cause of insomnia or sleeplessness.

Many types of anxiety have been diagnosed in anxious patients.

Each type of anxiety disorder has its own unique set of symptoms and characteristics - and each type can be mild, medium, or intense - and it is important to understand the individual’s specific diagnosis in order to develop an effective treatment or support plan.

1. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

2. Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD)

6. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

7. Acute Stress Disorder (ASD)

8. Agoraphobia

9. Separation Anxiety Disorder

11. Selective Mutism

14. Substance/Medication - Induced Anxiety Disorder

It's important to note that this is not an exhaustive list - there are many other forms of anxiety, and some people may have symptoms that don't fit neatly into any one specific category.

Many people will struggle a little with multiple forms of mild anxiety* that cause regular sleeplessness and/or prevent adequate sleep at night.

If any of the above sounds like you, then slowly easing your anxiety can help you slowly nudge your way back into a healthy sleep routine.

SLEEPZZZ is formulated to relieve mild anxiety to help you sleep deeper, for longer. Try SLEEPZZZ and see for yourself that it's possible to sleep well again.
