My sleeping is terrible and has been for many years. I've tried everything including some terrible prescribed drugs. Nothing worked. I tried sleepz and whereas I'm not sleeping as much as I want I'm starting to notice benefit. Still early days but encouraged that sleepz might do it for me.

Ok so I’ve been on melatonin for awhile and they are not cutting it . I’d fall asleep then be awake at sometimes 2 am and wide awake. Sleepzzz has improved my sleep quality so much I’m able to stay in bed and sleep longer and feel so good the next morning. I still have nights that I wake up but they are not as frequent now

I have had sleepless nights for 34 years when i had a very serious car accident and i suffered head injuries and was in a coma for almost 2 weeks. I have been trying all sorts of ways of trying to get to sleep and had to take too many tablets. Since i have been on Sleepzzz i have cut down my tablets by over 50% and i feel a lot better when i wake up, i really do recommend them.

Having tried quite a few non-prescribed products for sleepless nights with little or no positive results, I decided to try this product partly because it does not interact with other medications I take near bed time.
After having read some reviews I decided to increase my dosage to 3 tablets each night. On most nights I get just over 6 hours of sleep; sometimes with a brief waking up an hour after going to bed and then resumed sleeping; sometimes sleeping through from 10.30pm to 4.45am then can't go back to sleep after that. On one night I actually had over 7 hours of sleep and I felt just wonderful!!! Nevertheless I can just survive with 6 hours of sleep, but would be nice when this duration increases to over 7 hours without any waking up.

My sleep has improved in the last 2 weeks, so much so I’ve ordered another 14 days . I’m sleeping soundly now I’m hoping by continuing on the sleepzzz I’ll get to sleep in a little longer

So lovely to hop into bed take my Sleepzzz read for an hour and gently fall asleep something I havnt been able to do for a long time and wake clear headed. The beauty too is they’re Natural.

Honestly my sleep is much better, not 100 percent but I’m not complaining,at my age anything that helps is enough(75)thank you and I will be ordering more after Christmas😴😴😴

So impressed with responsiveness of sleepzzz to my questions and requests! Really terrific customer service. I am pretty sure that sleepzzz is helping but progress is slow. Also, I am weaning myself off of melatonin and a prescription med which is complicating my progress.

I definitely fall asleep faster and stay asleep for longer with Sleepzzz and that translates to more energy during the day! Love it!

I am not totally convinced yet but I do think my initial first 5 hours has changed for the better but still intervals of sleep and awake after that. Still worth persisting

Finally something that works as promised
I was sceptical when I brought them online but for the price they were worth a try.
I was taking phenergan a couple of times a week to catch up on missed sleep but you wake up groggy next day and it takes a while to shake of.
But after a few days of taking sleepzzz I noticed I was sleeping more soundly and waking up refreshed and after the 2 week trial I notice a marked change on my sleep monitor instead of recording just 30 minutes of deep sleep I am now recording several hours a night and the difference is very noticeable.
They sell these at my local pharmacy and I bought myself a 5 pack and it is now a part of my evening medication routine.

Since starting it on the tablets, I have had the best nights ever. I’m feeling great during the day thank you sleepzzz

Initially I was sceptical as there is a lot of rubbish peddled on the internet. I decided it's only $10 and I could really use a good night's sleep. The first night I took one tablet and received a pleasant surprise when I actually slept for 5 hrs straight which I haven't done in along time. As I suffer from sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine at night as I stop breathing in my sleep I was a little concerned but I have used all 14 tablets and couldn't be happier. I will certainly be ordering more.
